MiWayLife Policy Cover Claim

I am Solly Sibuyi I am not happy with MiWayLife Insurance, the way in which they have handled my Deceased Sister Life Cover Policy has been disappointing

1. I have struggled getting hold of them through out the claiming process 2. The claim was rejected based on the preliminary report from the Clinic instead of the final report from the Doctor, This is really quiet frustrating as the Nurses at the clinic clearly recommended further assessment to be done by the Doctor, However MiWayLife final Decision was based on Clinic report still,
