At the beginning of December a lady called and offered me life cover and I took it. I then tried to call the call centre so I could cancel the policy and the IVR loops till it hangs up. I sent an email on the 28th of December to ********** requesting cancellation of the policy and got no response. I called again today and the IVR keeps looping till it hangs up. MiwayLife, please cancel the policy and reverse the debit order
