Miway shame

I made a complain on hello Peter regarding Miwaylife. My complain was about stop order promised by Consultant immediately I took the policy but later informed that only debit order exist. After my complin I received a call and email with a document to sign for them to do a stop order. The document had SANLAM letter head. Now I have noticed that no deduction has been made through stop order or debit order. How can they cancel my policy without my consent? Shame Miwaylife. Why is there no deduction on my policy?
