Miway Lifes ******* service, awaiting my claim payment for almost a month

Miway life really offers the worst service ever. I have a life policy and have been paying without any problems since this policy was activated and now when they need to pay out, I am left having to run after them for my payment.

My daughter recently passed away and was on my policy for payment it is almost a month later and I still have not received any concrete feedback regarding my claim or the payment that they need to pay to me. I have submitted all the documents they requested to Nosipho Ngwenya as well as the claims department but to date they cannot even respond to my emails.

This truly is the worst service I have ever received especially at a time like this, if I was dependent on this money for funeral costs I can only imagine what other people must be going through by this **** service from this **** company!
