Miway life offers no service only when you apply!

Took out a life insurance policy and the service was good but now after i signed i get no service! I have emailed and phoned a few times asking miway pls i need to stipulate my beneficiaries if i should pass away exct! I get no service! So what if something happens to me what will miway say then?? My question is if this is the service i get then there will be no service if i should pass away exct! Maybe i should cancel my policy and go the a provider that has service
