Miway life is failing to keep a promise

I signed for a life cover in may. They promised to send someone to come and do my blood because blood should be done within 90 days otherwise my policy will lapse or wont pay should i die. I have been paying my premius since june but nobody comes for bloods. I contacted them twice but they only promise send someone. Now its july. Still they haven fullfill their promise. I am not happy with miway life. People must be carefull of it.
