Miway life is a **** !!!

My father opened a life cover with Miway life to insure that his family is well taken care of should something happen to him. To our disappointment Miway life refuses to pay out the life cover. They always come up with silly reasons not to pay. For example, they’ll say the are still looking for a doctor my dad consulted at in 2018. That process took over a month and when they failed to find him, they were now checking with the hospitals. Bear in mind my dad did not die from a sickness but they are saying they need to determine if indeed he did not have any medical conditions. I spoke to Elsie van huyssteen on the 19th of April 2024 after they didn’t find anything from the hospital and she said she doesn’t see anything that would invalidate the claim but to our surprise after she “supposed” met with senior management, our case is still pending and more things are needed from us whereas we submitted all required documents as per their request in December 2023. This whole experience is traumatising. We feel ****med by Miway life.
