Miway life is a ****

Miway took the whole week to payout my claim and when they payed out the money was short with R2000 which i requested a clarification on why this has happened on the 10th of Jan now its the 17th and noone has called or sent an email regarding my issue. Miway has a very poor service. I have been their client for more than 5 years with no claim but this happens the 1st time i claim. i will never recommend miway to anyone and i might not be important to your company but you have lost a loyal client.
