MiWay Life Insurance - Are they ******** us?

Telephonic quote accepted @ R2.5Mil in summary they only covered R****. They quoted me on Saturday 09 Jan, sent a quotation summary on Monday, which differs to the amount stipulated on the phone. I emailed them Monday, Tuesday, spoke to them Wednesday (they assured me of a prompt response), today is Thursday and nothing. It seems that MiWay is quick to quote you incorrectly on Life Insurance, when they get your business, the policy cover is incorrect and then the bad service starts. Besides the sales call that I had on Wednesday, I have not had a response to my query logged on Monday the 11th, today is the 14th. MiWay, this is quite disappointing. You cover my cars and my house and building is this what I can expect from you on those policies as well?
