Miway life has poor service, dont opt for it

Miway life insure has a poor service, my mother took the policy with them and she did not receive any documents from them and she called miway several times, but they dont email the documents, but the premium was debited. she decided to quiet the insurence with miway due to poor service and reverse her paid premium.
