MiWay Life Cover Offer injustice

I was called by the MiWay Centre / Agencies and offered Life Policies to which we (and spouse) agreed, however when the document came per email, their cover amount turned to be a lousy 12% of the Cover amount offered and agreed on, as recorded. Thanks to Nhlanhla Nkosi at Mi-way life, however who is now seized with ratification of the matter. Hopes are now pinned on Nhlanhla's actions to yield fair outcomes. Should this not work, we will definitely revisit our rights as we may not like any other person to be unfairly caught like this! Thank you!
