MiWay Life Cancellation no Customer Service

Since 9 Dec 2020 it try to cancel a Mylife policy, I have emailed Miway 3 times (Info & complaints department) and I have called the office and left a message. Till to date nobody responded to any email or called me back.

Deduction still went off my account even thou I stated in the email that I do not allow any deduction from my account. This is the worst service I ever received and they should not contact me for any other products ever again.

I want this sorted immediately
