Miway life

I called Miway on 20/7 to get a quote on new life cover. Ronald said that he will have to call me back. Today 29/7 still no feedback from him. I also left him two messages asking for a callback. Nothing. .. I'm an existing MIWAY client, but I consider moving my insurance to another company. Is this the time off service my loved ones will get when claiming? Or if I claim on my car insurance? I'm really so disappointed. Before this happened I felt secure that I am in good hands...I'm not so sure any more
