Miway is s%:) =t

Good day I would like to state that I have been waiting more that 4 months for my father's life insurance to be payed out. I have phoned miway many times and everytime I have to get more information for them. My father passed away 5 November. For the next two weeks after that I had to drive around on my own petrol and diesel(about R3000 worth of it), to get information for miway where I believe they have a nadvert stating that we can leave everything in there hands they will sort out everything. This advert is everything that miway is not. They told me to get all my fathers papers and hospital stuff ready. Are they not suppose to do that since I was the one grieving? And by the way the information also cost me R600 from the hospital.

Then the lady that is helping me at miway goes on study leave for I do not know how long. During this time nothing was done to my claim. Then it was December holidays and nobody did anything to my claim during this period aswel. Then January came. They wanted more information which I gave them. Then I heard nothing from miway for about a month and a half. Then about two weeks ago I phoned miway to hear what is going on. Then they told me that I need MORE Paperwork from another hospital. Which means I must pay up again. So if I haven't phone's them at that time nobody would have told me to get those papers and I would still be waiting for nothing.

I then told them that I refuse to get it and that I have done enough and they must do it. The lady then told me that she will inform the lady working on my claim.

Now today I phoned miway and got in contact with the lady working on my claim. Only to hear that NOBODY informed her of anything. Another two weeks wasted(i gave miway two weeks time to get the papers as the lady told me that it would take time).

I will never put anyone of my family through this. It is 4 months now and I am still struggling with my father's stuff it is unacceptable. I CAN NOT get closure on my father. I CAN NOT close that chapter in my life. This is all due to MIWAY not doing the job that they promise everyone on their adverts. False adverti*****t.
