Miway incompetance

I need to Cancel my Policy with Miway life because i decided to go with a diffrent Insurer, I Specifically told them that i needed to cancel this policy before the end of the month because i cant afford to pay 2 insurers They told me they would get someone to call me in 48hrs i waited and no calls recieved I then proceeded to call them again for the 3rd time today where the lady told me that my request has been submitted to the Consultant who she will email to call me back and that they are aware of my request. Im still waiting on someone to call me! I have now stopped the debit order on my banking app as i refuse to hear that they have deducted money from my acc after i told them numerous times that i want to cancel the policy besides i can not afford to pay 2 insurers.
