Miway forcing policies onto you without consent

A few days ago i received a call from Miway insurance who offered me a quote for vehicle insurance. I went through the quote which looked attractive and requested time to decide as i am also still happy with my current insurance. the next day without accepting the quote from Miway, i receive a contract from Miway say that they have given me Life insurance. This was done without my consent or approval. today when i speak to Miway who has literally tried calling me every 5 minutes. I am told that i cannot be assisted today and will need to wait until an agent from the life insurance department contacts me. This is unacceptable and goes against the consumer protection act of SA. Beware when getting a quote from Miway as you never know, you will end up forced into contracts you wasnt made aware of.
