MiWay doesn't pay their clients

i have submited a claim for my brothers death with all the required docs on the 2nd of Jan now its the 8th and they still have not payed up....no call no emails to update me, everytime i have to call for them to tell me that they will call me back but nothing. I have been with Miway lofe for 6 years and paying R462 without claiming. I will never recomment MIWay life to anyone its a ****ty company and as soon as they pay my claim I am cancelling my policy
