Miway bank charges

I recently had a problem with miway. About my bank charges. I was given a call and an email adress but the email I received was wrong with no way of contacting miway again. I need my bank charges to be settled. They kept deducting even after I cancelled and left me with an amount of bank charges in an account that I wasn't using anymore.
