Misrepresentation and a Lie

This morning I've called Miway enquiring about my life policy if it has a cash back. Kamogelo Monkwe require me for another life cover. I kept on asking him that is it the policy that I have has a cash back. He told me they going to call regarding that. Only to find that he make me apply for the 2nd policy with the same benefits, the new one has cash back. I'm not happy because that is misrepresentation and he **** to me. If I didn't check I was going to pay 2 policies same benefits and he was having extra money in his pocket. Im even thinking of shopping around for a new life cover. Unhappy customer.
