Mi-Way Life Insurance does not care

I have a claim of Terminal illness Disease at mi-way life since last year October . Eric Buckle the consultant of MI-way life is dealing with my claim . I've sent all supporting documents they need and the last I spoke to Eric was the month of March 2022 .

Yesterday the date of 04-05-2022 i sent an email to Eric , he was not in office, the consultant suggested I should send an e-mail to Veronica and *** they will help you . Which I did and know one contacted me nor rep**** to my emails .

The day of the 05-05-2022 i have sent another e-mail to Eric , Veronica and *** still no reply . I then phoned in Nhlanhla the consultant of Mi-Life said only Eric can help in this matter because his dealing with my claim .

This is not how you treat your clients not getting back to you nor does any other of the consultants care or willing to assist another.

The services that's require and accepted from Mi-Way is a disgrace. To have policy with Mi-Way Life and especially when having terminal illness Disease Mi - Way Life they don't care . Can someone kindly assist me ?
