Mi Way Life - Con Artists

I recieved a telesales call and signed up for one of Mi Way Lifes policies, with the first payment after one month. This was in the middle of January, I therefore assumed that the first premium would come off at the end of February. While still deciding on wether to keep the olicy or not I was debited on the 26 January for the first premium. I sent an email immediately and called on the 29 January to cancel my policy and request my first months premium to be refunded. It is now 1 month later and I am still awaiting my premium refund. It is impossible to get hold of any one via telephone and emails do not get responded to.
