I lost my sister in July 2021 and she had insurance with Miwaylife. Initially the claims process was frustrating and it was hard to get clarity on the process until Madimetja Kekana Customer Service Consultant attended to my call. He was phenomenal, always ensured that he responded to my emails. Called to verify and ensure that all my issues were resolved he restored my trust in Miway he really gives excellent service.
