So last week the claims department of Miway life called me saying the claim was approved, they have also told me to open a trust account for my son I’m not sure why when I am alive,I spoke to my lawyer and my lawyer said that I should not open the account because I am alive, my dad called them last week and they said they will send a email and they will Cc my lawyer in and up till today they haven’t gotten back to me yet. They have told me that the money will be paid out on the 12 of March 2021 .

Miway always apologise for the inconvenience but they don’t even bother replying to me, when ever I put a review on Hello Peter then they want to apologise and say they will let the claims department get to me.

I’m truest getting fed up of the bad communication from them because they just don’t give a damn about clients and the claim was approved last month already and I’m still fighting with them.
