Life Policy

So I have taken out a life policy for my late husband ins 2019 ,on the 6th of January 2020 he passed away, it’s bee a hole year and I haven’t been payed out .

I emailed Miway and they called me it’s a new week and no one has called me again . I was promised that it would be sorted out and no feed back.

The communication between myself and Miway is pathetic because when the policy was sold to me things sounded to good to be true and it was just like that, now a year later no information regarding the policy when they do call they want to show empathy threw the entire call.

I’m really upset about this because myself,my mom and dad has life policy’s with this same company and if it’s taking a year to pay me out money that’s not a lot how long will it take if anything would happen and money should be paid out.

I am also going to the ombudsman and taking things further with Miway life
