Is Miway's Kate protecting Sanlam Indie for their falsehood?
I got bad service from Sanlam Indie who's agent **** to me to the point that I even canceled my Miway life and funeral cover in one for about R740. After explaining all of this to Miway I was transferred to Kate a Medical Actuary? but neither Lorraine or Kate have gotten back to me. Not sure why this has happened. All I know is that I complained about Miway's underwriter being Sanlam (Indie in this case) both Lorraine and Kate are totally ignoring me.
