Incompetency

For the second time, I'm experiencing this kind of service and wonder why am I still referring my clients to you. We sent a cession forms on the 15/10 even today nothing, been calling all morning and your 3 *********** staff dorcus, Elizabeth and I forgot the 3rd one. But how on earth do you put a team of non helpful people together, the team leader is never available to escalate the matter too yet you are so quick to call for new business
