I received a call from Nhlanhla Nkosi to follow up on an email I sent just minutes ago. Firstly I want to thank him for the prompt service and coming to my aid to give me some much needed insight in the steps I need to take to draw up a Will to make sure my loved one's are taken care of when I am no longer around. We even shared a laugh at the end of the call. I really enjoyed speaking to him and he deserves recognition for his service today. Thanks again. Britney Baron
