I pay for something I do not have

I was contacted about 2 years ago my My Way Life Insurance, they quoted me and I accept it in terms that I get the hard copy I phone them 3X every month still no documents so I decided to cancelled it the bank told me to contact my way reason they will change the date and submit it again so I did contact My way and told them they ask why and i told them i pay for something i have no proof of so the agree to cancel but still every month they take the money of my account try to phone them you get send from one person to the other
