I have had this insurance for 2 years now, first they cancelled my policy with immediate effect due to my BMI being too high, note there was never a nurse here to do my BMI i am a nursw myself, after complaining

I have had this insurance for 2 years now, first they cancelled my policy with immediate effect due to my BMI being too high, note there was never a nurse here to do my BMI i am a nursw myself, after complaining. and proving I have a BMI over between 18 and 19, no one could answer me why this mistake was made and then they send a nurse and reinstated my policy. now my premium didnt go off this month. I tried to phone them for a whole day with no answer, I cancelled my life policy now because seriously, only for them to tell me I will loose all my money for the past 2 years. like really? O know that, but is this fair treatment... they are not fair, someone there ****, and their phones dont get answered, imagine they have to pay money out one day
