I had a satisfactory experience with my appointed Claims advisor (Nhlanhla Nkosi, C184481). He patiently explained everything and answered all my questions without sounding frustrated at all with my many confusions. He made sure I understood the whole process even if it took him multiple attempts at explaining the terms and conditions etc 😁
