I dont even know what to call it but that was very unprofessional

I entered a competiion on 947, that was in association with MiWay Life. They said the MiWay team would call me for an obligation free quote. I got called by this agent and while confirming my weight, he asked me again and dropped the phone. This agent did not call me back and I found this rude and discriminatory to say the least. If he was not able to continue he should have said so and not dropped the phone. Is this how your consultants are taught to treat clients. I know when I called for insurance the moment any call dropped I would be called back. Not on!
