I called in to get assistant with regards to updating my beneficiaries as I lost my wife. Spoke to a Lady by the name of Litshani Monakali whom was very helpful. She went as far as assisting me with the claim as I never knew about it. With that said people like her are the face of the company and keeping us clients happier at all time.
