Horrible Service from Trevor in Funeral Claims
So I call the MiWay centre after submitting a funeral claim to inquire if they had received it. I get the worst possible service from Trevor who is not only condescending but blatantly rude. People such as Trevor should not be working in Call Centres that deal with such sensitive issues. Do not use this company.
