Great service

I got a call from Miway with their R400 challenge to see if they can beat my current insurance and they couldn't.....I wait for so long to get my R400 until i was called by a guy called Micheal Williams to do life cover quote and i complained to him that Miway hasn't paid me the R400 they promised me and he was great he took upon himself to escalate my complain. A day later i got an e-mail requesting my policy schedule from my current insurance, i sent it and i was told I'll get paid within 7 days but i got paid less that 7 days time. BIG UP to Micheal Williams, He's a man of his word friendly and very polite....if only we can have more Micheal Williams to offer great service to the clients.
