FAILING TO SEND POLICY DOCUMENTS AFTER 3RD REQUEST

<p>I'VE BEEN REQUESTING POLICY DOCUMENTS SINCE THE 2ND OF JUNE 2017, UP UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY RESPONSE! THEY ALSO FAILED TO APOLOGISE FOR THE DOUBLE DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT IN JUNE. THIS WILL NOW BE REFERRED TO THE OMBUDSMAN! </p>
