Exceptional service level

Dear miway

I would like to thank your company personnel at the sales division for the exceptional service rendered to me. Your sales agent Mr Mnqobi Mbonambi(please pardon any spelling error) offered me not only a product that me and my family needed but a beyond expectation service to me. He provided me with all the important information i needed to know inorder to make a right decision as well as the benefits of the product he was selling to me.

I have been so busy and blocked all miway calls from agents trying to sell me a product before they even start presenting it to me, but i liked Mnqobis manner of approach that made me listen to what he had to say and make time for his call. He made me understand the product and the need for it that i did not have to ask him that i needed time to think about it but was ready to make a decision on the spot. He made me understand the need for the product and is also a true professional. He made me imagine what he was selling to me.

Please accept my gratitude towards him and let him know that i truly appreciate what he has done for me and my family, his professionalism and superlative skills. I recommended his service to my friend and she wanted to get a service from the same person and non other.
