Exceptional service from Cecil and Mametja

I reached out to MiWay Life to enquire about a policy I have for my mom, via their website. I got a call literally minutes later, from Cecil in the sales department. Excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. He promised to forward my contact details to Customer Care for further assistance. He did exactly that! I was later called by Mametja Kekana (great voice by the way); he was also very helpful, provided me with relevant information without violating the Popi Act. He confirmed that he would also contact my mom, and send the Policy schedule to her and proceeded to explain and answer all my questions.

Later on, I got another call from Cecil, to follow up and confirm if Customer Care had indeed contacted me and to check if I was satisfied with the service.

Amazing! Cecil and Mametja, are service superstars. I am impressed with the excellent service, going the extra mile and displaying such care, putting me, the client first.
