I called to update some details in my policy and got an excellent service from a lady called Nosipho Ngwenya. She was patient with me and explained everything regarding my policy in details. She was helpful and very professional in dealing with me as a customer. This lady deserves a promotion as she serves as an example to people within the Call Centre industry in terms of customer services.
