We had a life insurance claim with Miwaylife for my late wife on behalf of her dear mother, at first the process was tedious, the paper work was a lot etc and obviously the different submissions of different records took time ...however once our case reached a Senior Claims Accessor by the name Seemole Ramoba, things started falling into place, because of the nature of insurance claims ,feedback would take long but the nice thing was that when Seemole gave us feedback it was detailed and she was patiently willing to help with whatever questions we had , she showed sympathy and she was genuinely sympathizing with us for our loss. Her service was great and her availability to listen and answer questions we had and clarify where we didn't understand, was outstanding.
