Excellent Service

Excellent service. They Could improve on their communication skills, I don't know why they took long (months) to respond to the emails that I had initiated to make changes on my policy, that's the only thing that deterred my experience with them. However, I'm pleased with their continuous efforts in attempting to reach me telephonically to finally review my policy. Madimetja Kekana, the consultant was a sweetheart.
