Do not keep up to their word

Miway insurance company are not keeping up to their word. I had sent a request for miway to call me back about urgently regarding the cancelation of my life cover with them and they said they would call me shortly... I only received a callback AFTER 1-2 weeks of sending the request. I explained my reasons to the consultant for wanting to cancel my policy and as soon as the agent agreed to cancel the policy, the call had cut and he never called me back so I assumed that the policy had been cancelled only to receive an sms at 03:11 am this morning saying that a debit order for miway life insurance has been taken out of my account. This is about the 3rd time that miway has not kept up to their word so now they have just lost a new and loyal client. I always thought that miway insurance company was reputable and the best when it comes to treating it's customers fairly however they have proved me wrong and I would not recommend them to friends and family.
