Disrespectful sales consultant

I received a call from a sales consultant at Miway by the name of Wayne. Firstly I didn't know what the call was about but when he said he is calling from Miway I thought it has something to do with my vehicle insurance policy. He then tells me that I was given a free life benefit that is covering me for death and they never took my beneficiary details and they didn’t ask me the medical questions which was strange because there isn't anything of that nature on my policy but I assumed it had something to do with the accidental death benefit sop I listened, only after all the questions and when he told me about the premium amount I realized this was a sale and I told him I am not interested. he went on to use something very personal that was part of the medical questions to try to get me to buy the life cover. I have never been so disrespected !! Being misled into a sale and then someone using information I gave to make a sale is not really the way to do business, I am not impressed and I certainly will not even consider Miway Life should I want to shop for more life cover because of the disrespectful sales consultant!
