Disgusting Service

I have been waiting for 2 years for my claim to be looked at. The last correspondence I got from these ******** was November 2020, I submitted the claim in September 2019 and the issue is still being looked at. The claims assessor has blocked me I am not able to communicate with her. Do not ever think of taking out life insurance with these ************, I am so livid at this atrocious service.
