DISCRIMINATING COVER

I had requested a life cover for my parent which was never concluded long time ago. It was for my parent. Miway has went all in the details and everything in order to provide life cover until the point where they requested a CD4 count where after that the consultant went AWOL.

I guess for their own reasons they weren't willing to cover my parent and decided they should just disappear without explaining anything. To date its still a year and I am wondering what was their reason.
