Delay on email with new details of policy

Spoke to Martin Nkosi yesterday and did an addition and increased my cover. very helpful and professional. Only problem is that he suppose to send me an email with the new policy and I did not receive it till now. Its would be appreciated if he can give me a call as he did inform that once we send a review on HELLO PETER they will attend to the query right away. Looking forward to receiving my email and a call as to why the delay.
