Definitely NOT MiWay

I submitted my funeral claim on the 5th of February, I still have not received payment today on the 19th of February. I always have to follow-up with them to know what is happening. I always get the the excuse of "we're still investigating". Last week I spend close to R100 on calling them to get some feedback. The worst thing is that when you want to speak to people with more authority you'll be told that they are not at their work station. The first time I spoke to the manager (Mandisa Ramsobi), she told me that she will call me back when she gets to her desk, she never did, but when i called back again, i was told that she called and spoke to me. From there she was nowhere to be found ever again. I guess this is their way of doing things because this is definitely not MiWay.
