Cancelled the policy but they are still deducting from my account.

I have opened MiwayLife policy last year. However this year I had made a call to cancel it in July 2017 telephonically with a consultant, and he had agreed that its cancelled. Unfortunately the kept on deducting money from my account as per in the policy. I then called again on the 19 of September 2017 15:30pm to cancel the policy with them again and I was assured that its cancelled, I realize now that they have deducted money from account again. Please help me to regain my money from July 2017 to date.
