Cancelations

I'm quite disappointed, I called in to cancel the policy again, the consultant said his department does not deal with cancelations, Cancelation will call me back.. Fine, no issues I received a call from miway, it rang for 7secs.. I didn't even have the chance to answer.. Then they tried again but I assume the agent hung up because it said "you are the only one in this conference" I too don't have the energy to talk so if you can please just send me my cancelation letter I'd appreciate it
