Cancel of life insurance and Debi check mandate

Good day. I recently took out a life policy with Miway life and I would like to keep it but their service is bad. I advised them to start deducting in august as we are on strike since last month and I don't know when they got approval for my Debi check as I didn't receive any notification and now I keepp calling for the too cancel my Debi check and this policy as the disregard what we initially wants. The keep telling me they have no direct contact for policy cancellations but no one has called me so far. Please can someone call me and cancel this Debi mandate s I can have my money back .
