Been waiting for a death claim payout since March 2022

worst service ever, trying to forget the pain of losing a mother and having to deal with Miway its the worst iv seen. which made me stop paying for my own life insurance with them because then what is the point,?? im already facing the hardest times with them trying to finalize the claim, from March till now, nothing is happening.

my husband and i logged a death claim and we sent the documents back. one agent called back saying they received the documents and will get back to us. 5 months down the line we heavent heard anything from them. i have been calling to ask what is the hold up bt they keep saying we will escalate the matter, how long does it take to pay out a death claim? a whole year? im really disappointed and frustrated with miway.
